Hello everyone!
Thursday 9th November 2017; two fixes – a new X53 timetable from November (the original missed out the Sunday service from Dundee to Fife), and the company edition of the Xplore Dundee 22 is also done. Some minor cosmetic fixes at the same time.
Monday 30th October – Wednesday 1st November 2017; apologies for the delay! Major update of service changes.
Wednesday 5th July 2017; Index to Places Served (and a corrected Intro section) and an update to XD fares all uploaded. Also… Services 501 (Blairgowrie – Ballater) and the Ring of Breadalbane Explorer RO1/RO2 will not be running this year. Also, Hamish Gordon has withdrawn school service 624. To reflect this, I’ve updated the files for 71, 890/896. At the same time there are reprints of the DRT Balquhidder and Stagecoach 107 (reprint only in new S/C Bluebird format removed from Stonehaven booklet) times.
A event timetable now online is Service 80s for the Rewind Festival at Scone Palace (21st to 24th April 2017). At the same time, there are updated timetables for Elizabeth Yule 82 and Basin Rambler for Summer 2017.

Updating serivce changes now and past, catching up with removing some no-longer-running services, and adding a couple of updates. Main file now moved to accomodate the new look of the timetable book, so scroll down to Section 6 for the bus timetables. Some more tidying up to follow in due course.

Further to yesterday’s update, an updated list of services is uploaded, encompassing typos and corrections.
Following feedback over on the Dundee Area Bus Forum, there is also a HTML [look for Complete List (Web Traditional Style) ] version of the PDF spreadsheet list of services and links. This file is generated from the same Excel sheets. Gridlines added to the PDF, but this does not come out in the web version.

The tweaked DundeeBuses is here!
22.16 at 21st February 2017 – menus done, just to do Angus Quick Pick (to follow), everything else is done.
Previous pages removed, and the complete list is a regularly-updated PDF with hyperlinks. This resolves table issues in WordPress/Blogbox, and will give a much easier to use file. The most recent timetable list will always be at the top of the page, in the navigation menu.
Full bus, coach, school bus, DRT and rail timetables.
If you prefer to look through files, you can now view the full timetable directory. These will be in number order, and you can use your Find option (usually CTRL or MAC and F) to find the number you want. Letters after service numbers may be there to differentiate, for example, different parts of the menu.
Quick Pick lists is completed for Dundee, and eventually one for Angus and Perthshire each. In the meantime a Quick Pick for Fares, Maps and External Links will all be there.
As with previous editions of the site, we hope you find it of use!

SERVICE TO DUNDEE AIRPORT NO LONGER OPERATING, AFTER THE LAST DAY IN MID-AUGUST
However, new Service 701 from Dundee to Amazon Dunfermline is running from Wednesday 28th August 2016.
Also uploaded details of the Dundee ABC scheme (starts 12th Septmeber 2016), and updated details of Grasshopper (Summer 2016 now has smartcards). Also uploaded is a set of Xplore Dundee route descriptions from 28th August 2016.

Wednesday 20th April 2016 – further updates to this weekend’s XD changes.
Wednesday 13th April 2016 – Service Changes page updated, and now includes changes around the Angus/Aberdeenshire border next weekend. Guardbridge closure now over.
Saturday 21st February 2016 – further update to Guardbridge page, updated new timetables from this weekend (30, 34 etc.), and added Xplore Dundee Know Your Routes and a Dundee Bus Services list to the checklists page. Also added two leaflets for Fishers Tours school services – Services A3, A15, A17, A30, F14, and Services A34, A35, A37 to A43. These will be added to the timetables pages in due course, when I update the rest of the Angus school services.
Monday 15th February 2016 – Updated Guardbridge closures, Brechin changes page, added new checklist page, added some newer timetables, and added the new Fishers Scottish Express for 2016.

Friday 11th December 2015 – removed link to temporary 42 timetable, as this work is now over timetable replaced on Saturday 12th December, as the work is continuing.
Sunday 6th December – link added to Emergency Timetables for the duration of the emergency closure of the Forth Road Bridge. As the situation is very fluid, the link is external to the Stagecoach site, to ensure the most recent timetables are there. Please use these in place of the Edinburgh timetables until further notice.

Friday 19th June 2015 – timetable for Stagecoach 83 and ‘Liz Yule 87 has been reprinted with a minor change; it would appear to be rectifying an oversight with the removal of the 826, where one journey was removed in Summer but not in Winter. Click here to download the new timetable.
Sunday 14th June 2015 – updated the Maps & Tickets page with the details of the new NX Dundee FamilySaver, which replaces DaySaver5.
Tuesday 9th June 2015 – updated the Maps & Tickets page with details of GrassHOPPER pass (which now covers part of the DundeeBuses area). There are also to be changes to Service C48 (Braco -Stirling – Bannockburn) this coming Monday, passing from WAVE to Hunter’s Executive Coaches, on a new route to replace parts of the Dunblane locals C66/C67. At the same time, the daytime buses extend from Kinbuck to Cromlix Road End, but the new timetable does no longer include Braco. After this change, the service will be removed from the site.
Friday 5th June 2015 – update/tidy-up included adding new sub-menus, to streamline the site.

Following National Express Dundee’s recent timetable changes, Stagecoach Strathtay are now providing Service 36 during the Monday to Saturday daytime. Most journeys operate as 236, under contract to Dundee City Council. Seen here in Dundee City Centre, Seagate at Gellatly Street, is 34737 (SV 55 BZN) which was transferred for the 17 month contract.
